DESCRIPTION:Tennis is an excellent way to engage youths in physical activity to help instill a healthy lifestyle.   The psychological benefits of regular tennis play help children to learn and develop positive personality characteristics that are useful on the tennis court but more importantly\, are essential for many everyday situations. \nTennis is\, without a doubt good for the mind and the body. Youths who play tennis – Get better grades\, Spend more time studying.  Have college aspirations\, More say they will graduate from college. Are better behaved\, fewer are suspended or expelled. Are more community-minded & well-rounded\, and more are engaged in extracurricular activities.
